Settlement will be determined using Strategy (MSTR) official purchase disclosures published at https://www.strategy.com/purchases , SEC filings (Form 8-K / 10-Q / 10-K), company press releases, and/or verified on-chain wallet data attributable to Strategy / Michael Saylor-linked custody addresses where applicable. The market resolves based on the total net BTC accumulated by Strategy within the specified period. The outcome corresponds to the total BTC confirmed purchased by Strategy between May 11, 2026 and May 15, 2026. Only verifiable purchases reflected in Strategy’s official purchase disclosures, SEC filings, or confirmed on-chain wallet movements attributable to Strategy are counted toward the total. If Strategy executes multiple BTC purchases during the period, all confirmed buys are aggregated. If no BTC purchase is confirmed, the market resolves to “None (0 BTC purchased).” In case of delayed, incomplete, or conflicting reporting, settlement will rely on the most credible verifiable source, prioritizing Strategy’s official disclosures, then SEC filings, then other verified records, as determined by the settlement authority.
