At the time this market is created, Coinbase Global is expected to report earnings on February 12, 2026. Coinbase’s earnings call/webcast is scheduled for February 12, 2026 at 5:30 PM ET. This market resolves "Yes” if Coinbase Global’s reported GAAP EPS for that quarter, in its next earnings release, is strictly greater than $0.61. Otherwise, it resolves “No.” The primary resolution source is the GAAP EPS figure published in the company’s **official earnings materials**. If Coinbase Global’s earnings materials do not include GAAP EPS, the market will instead resolve using the GAAP EPS figure published by Seeking Alpha. If Seeking Alpha does not publish a GAAP EPS figure within 96 hours after 4:00 PM ET on the earnings announcement date, the market resolves “No.” If Coinbase Global does not release earnings within 5 calendar days of the estimated earnings date, the market resolves “No.”
