This market resolves to Yes if the Morgan Stanley Bitcoin ETF, ticker $MSBT, has assets under management (AUM) of at least $5.0 billion USD at any official reporting point on or before April 8, 2027, 11:59 PM ET. Otherwise, it resolves to No. Rules: • Resolution source will be Morgan Stanley, the fund issuer/sponsor, the fund’s official webpage, prospectus supplements, fact sheets, SEC filings, or other official fund reporting. • “AUM” means the fund’s officially reported assets under management • The market resolves Yes if any official report dated on or before April 8, 2027 shows AUM greater than or equal to $5.0 billion. • If the highest officially reported AUM by that deadline is below $5.0 billion, the market resolves No. • If the fund changes name or branding but remains the same ETF/ticker lineage, resolution follows the same fund. • If the fund liquidates, delists, merges, or ceases operations before the deadline without ever officially reporting AUM of at least $5.0 billion, the market resolves No.
