At the time this market is created, NVIDIA (NVDA) is expected to report earnings on February 25, 2026. NVIDIA’s earnings call/webcast is scheduled for February 25, 2026 at 5:00 PM ET. This market resolves “Yes” if NVIDIA’s reported GAAP diluted EPS for that quarter, in its next earnings release, is strictly greater than $1.46. Otherwise, it resolves “No.” The primary resolution source is the GAAP EPS figure published in the company’s official earnings materials. If NVIDIA’s earnings materials do not include GAAP EPS, the market will instead resolve using the GAAP EPS figure published by Seeking Alpha. If Seeking Alpha does not publish a GAAP EPS figure within 96 hours after 4:00 PM ET on the earnings announcement date, the market resolves “No.” If NVIDIA does not release earnings within 5 calendar days of the estimated earnings date, the market resolves “No.”
